NPMHS Art Students Public Art Project with the Mansfield Garden Club

Students at North Penn Mansfield High School recently completed this fantastic public art project, transforming drab planters in downtown Mansfield into beautiful works of art. Their creations were then filled with gorgeous flowers by members of the Mansfield Garden Club.
